On July 15, 2026, ITOCHU Corporation leased the industrial property from Sherwood Corporate Center LLC on a 10-year NNN (triple net) basis at $12 per square foot annually. A global trading and investment company with operations across infrastructure, energy, and logistics, ITOCHU was represented by Gary Friedman and Joseph Nesto of Schacker Real Estate Corp.
